Note: All Petitions provided below are formated to be on Legal Sized Paper (8.5 by 14). Please make sure your printer settings and paper size are set to match.

For all VILLAGE CANDIDATES, please be sure to check with the village clerk for the number of signatures required for petitions, dates for all pre and post election milestones, filing information, and any other relevant infomation that office would use for your respective village. The Herkimer County Board of Elections does not conduct village elections, therefore should only be considered a resource. The clerk of any village is responsible for the execution and oversight of that village's election.
